Another zoo tradition is having your picture taken with John Ball himself.

 

Grizzlies.

Mountain lion.

Gorilla.

I'm not sure exactly what's going on here?

These next few were taken in the waterfall area. Anyone who's ever been to John Ball Zoo (and shame on you if you grew up in Grand Rapids and have never been) has had their picture taken under the waterfall or walking up to the top of the falls or sitting in front of the falls.
